Your job will be to manage sales projects in the field of mechanical engineering, ensuring the development and implementation of high-quality technical and commercial solutions. This role includes understanding clients' technical requirements, market analysis, ensuring the quality of proposal documents, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing technical sales projects: Lead sales and service projects in mechanical engineering from the initial sales contact to contract signing.

Preparing technical offers and estimates: Create detailed technical maintenance offers and estimates according to the client's specific technical requirements.

Technical client management: Provide technical support after the warranty period ends, resolve technical issues, and maintain a strong client relationship.

Market analysis and development of technical strategies: Conduct thorough technical market and competition analysis to implement and develop effective technical sales strategies.

Submitting technical and commercial proposals: Prepare and present comprehensive technical and commercial proposals to potential clients, ensuring their clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in technical sales management, ideally within the mechanical engineering sector, along with a solid understanding of technical requirements and solutions. We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills for documentation and optimizing technical processes. Strong communication and technical negotiation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in both spoken and written Estonian and English.
